  4. Who can subscribe to the redUNLIMITED45 monthly recurring VAS?

    redUNLIMITED45 monthly recurring VAS is available to all Beyondlite plan customers.

  5. How do the customers check on their redUNLIMITED45 monthly recurring data usage?

    Customers can check the usage via Prepaid App.

  6. What can I use the Unlimited Internet for?

    The Unlimited Internet can be utilised for ALL usages on your smartphone – web browsing, video streaming, social chatting, etc., and you may use it on both 4G networks.

  7. When can I utilise the redUNLIMITED45 unlimited data quota?

    You can utilise the redUNLIMITED45 unlimited data quota at any time.

  8. Is there a Fair Usage Policy for the unlimited chat?

    Yes, Fair Usage Policy of 60GB per month is applicable.

  9. What happens when I exceed the Fair Usage Policy for unlimited internet ?

    Subsequent data usage will be slowed to a maximum of 512kbps (capped at 10GB).

  10. What is the speed of the unlimited internet for redUNLIMITED45 ?

    The speed of the redUNLIMITED45 streaming is capped at 6Mbps speed.

  11. Can I enjoy the unlimited internet when I am overseas?

    No, the unlimited internet are available for domestic usage only. Standard roaming charges apply for data usage when roaming overseas.

  12. Am I allowed to share my redUNLIMITED45 the unlimited internet with other devices via mobile hotspot?

    The unlimited internet is meant for personal use on your smartphone only.

  1. The redUNLIMITED45 monthly recurring VAS offers unlimited internet@6Mbps, 5GB hotspot data and unlimited calls to all network.
  2. The unlimited internet, 5GB hotspot data and unlimited calls is applicable for domestic usage within Malaysian only.
  3. The unlimited internet is for personal use only. The unlimited internet cannot be shared as hotspot.
  4. redUNLIMITED45 is an auto-recurring VAS and will be auto renewed every 30 days with sufficient credit. The red redUNLIMITED45 subscription will be auto-terminated if there is insufficient credit in the account.
  5. The subscription fee for redUNLIMITED45 monthly recurring VAS is not pro-rated. RM45 will be deducted from the account upon successful subscription.
  6. Customers can subscribe at any time. Only the usage after the successful subscription will be calculated under the redUNLIMITED45 VAS subscription.
  7. The redUNLIMITED45 data quota will expire at the end of the validity. Any unutilised redUNLIMITED45 data will not be carried forward.
  8. The Unlimited internet is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 60GB per 30 days is applicable.
  9. Once the customer have hit the FUP, the subsequent usage will be slowed to a maximum of 512kbps (Capped at 10GB).
  10. The redUNLIMITED45 VAS can be subscribed via Prepaid App by dialing *108#.

Online Payment

Pay your redONE bill via your preferred online banking service or your credit card.
  1. Visit the SelfCare Sign In page and enter your redONE mobile number and password to login.
  2. In the SelfCare Homepage, select Download & Pay Bill.
  3. To pay your bill, select Pay Now.
  4. Enter the amount that you want to pay in the Amount column and click Proceed.
  5. Select your preferred payment choice of Credit Card or Online Banking
  6. Tick on the Terms & Conditions box and click Proceed.
  7. You will be directed to the payment page based on the payment choice you selected.
  8. Enter all the necessary details, tick on the required checkbox(es) and click Proceed.
  9. Print out the statement/receipt after the payment is completed.

NOTE: Please allow one (1) working day for any payment made via online banking to be reflected in redONE Selfcare system.

JomPay

Pay your bills with JomPAY in 3 simple steps.
  1. Look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your redONE bill.
  2. Logon to your preferred Internet Banking or Mobile Banking portal and look for the JomPAY icon.
  3. Enter the redONE Biller Code 8607, Reference-1 redONE Customer ID and payment amount, and you’re done!
